An unexpected bonus of today’s BARS training, was discovering three useful sites for educators.   Thinkfinityny.org provides a wealth of educational resources linked to the standards for New York.  Pbslearningmedia.org  offers educational videos across the content areas. Most impressive of all, however was nylearns.org.  This site allows educators to find lessons and resources geared to specific learning standards.  Equally impressive was the fact that the site is linked to the BARS site, allowing teachers to analyze data and then find resources to meet their students’ specific needs.  Thanks, Christine Wise for sharing!
