100th Anniversary of Girl Scouts

On March 12, 1912 Juliette Gordon Low enlisted eighteen girls and formed the Girl Scouts in Savannah, Georgia.  To this day, Girl Scouts and their leaders around the country pursue her mission of building "girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place."  (-and you thought they just sold cookies)  If you would like to read some nonfiction books on Ms. Low in order to commemorate this event, which conveniently occurs during Women's History Month, check out the titles below:
